The White Rabbit restaurant served gourmet cuisine that paid tribute to both local tradition and locally sourced ingredients. The stunning architecture provided a majestic façade and the pool was romantically lit. The bar was the perfect spot for a coffee or aperitif.

This Hotel is perfect, reconstructed from old villa (more like palace), situated in the private park, with open swimming pool, many terraces and places for sun-bathing. It has it's own parking. Restaurant has Michelin stars, and dinner was very good. Breakfast is good too and served on the beautiful terrace. Staff is very professional and helpful. Rooms are spacious and styled in historical way.

The location is purely amazing (an old chateau remodelled into a hotel). The parking and wifi are complementary (contrary to what the presentations say) and the staff are great.

Too bad the upkeep is not as it should be

During my stay at a 4-star hotel, I had a room with a closed safe. The staff promptly came to assist and opened it. However, I couldn't help but wonder why the cleaning staff did not have a checklist to ensure all amenities were in working order. Despite some initial hiccups, the staff was helpful and tried their best to address any issues. The hotel itself has a stunning exterior, with beautiful gardens and lovely architecture. The ground floor interior was equally impressive. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of quality food, especially the delicious cakes and tarts. The restaurant provided a delightful dining experience with its unique menu. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, restaurants, and a supermarket. Additionally, the staff was polite and attentive throughout my stay.

The hotel is located in a serene park with all comforts, absolute silence, where each of us can relax from work or engage in it peacefully. The restaurant offers a great dining experience in both the evening and the breakfast. The grounds are truly amazing and gorgeous.

We loved the beautiful location close to lakes, and the exquisite care given to the cleanliness and hotel facilities. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly and professional. The parking and transportation arrangements were convenient, and the hotel was situated in a lovely area.

Beautiful Property and Great Location

We recently stayed in a villa hotel near Malpensa airport and had a great time. The villa was a majestic historical building and its gardens were well taken care of, making the property itself quite beautiful. We were impressed with the convenience of the location, as it offered great access to the airport and made our travel around the area very smooth. We also enjoyed having some savory options available for breakfast, which was a big plus.

We found a few aspects of our stay to be somewhat disappointing. For example, we expected a certain level of cleanliness in our room, but the housekeeping staff entered the room despite our “do not disturb” sign.

i just returned from a wonderful stay at a beautiful, idyllic place. shg villa porro pirelli was the perfect romantic getaway. the hotel provided a socked adapter, which was a nice touch. the beds were of good quality, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. the breakfast was very good, and the restaurant was also nice. the first person i encountered at the reception was helpful and kind.

What a charming place! We had a wonderful time during our city trip here! The location was perfect, situated in a peaceful park area, and we especially liked that we could reach the famous lake and the city in just a short distance. The staff was always smiling and ready to assist and made us feel like royalty. One of the best aspects was the cleanliness of the space, as well as the classic and cozy feel of our room. We also couldn't get enough of the delicious breakfast spread with a variety of freshly baked pastries and fruits.

The walls were too thin, so we could hear the noise from the adjacent room late at night, which was quite disturbing. , the door lock was tricky and slightly outdated, which posed quite a challenge at times.

The beautiful manor and its lush park were a delight to explore. The attention to detail in the decoration and selection of furniture added to the unique charm of the place. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be easily accessible and navigable, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

I would have preferred if the children working there were more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

Great location for exploring Lake Maggiore and Lake Como. Close to the town of Varese and Swiss Customs, making it convenient for day trips. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The breakfast offered a good selection of quality foods. The hotel had a stunning garden and beautiful architecture.
